STEP ONE – Registration
Be prepared to provide your email address, phone number, credit card, bank account (where Stryker Retail can deposit the proceeds from your sales), and tax details.
Click on my account icon on the top right corner. Then you will find at the bottom of the page two registration options.
Click on the one that says “I am a vendor,” once clicked on it. It will prompt you to fill in the necessary information required.
STEP TWO – Identity Verification
To help maintain a trusted marketplace, you are required to provide additional proof for the information submitted during registration. You will need to provide scanned (colour) copies of:
An identity document – (Passport, driver licence, or national ID)
Ensure your signature is visible, and the names on your document match those entered during registration.
A bank account or credit card statement
Issued within the past 90 days.
Business Registration information and Certificate
Pty Ltd, CC, Trust or Sole Trader(a certified ID copy will be required)
Proof of address – (Water, electricity, gas, or internet bill)
Issued within the past 90 days. No phone bills.
Once our merchant center team receives your merchant registration details, they will be in contact with you to submit outstanding documents.
