HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDER
We deliver to every province in South Africa — from major cities to townships, small towns, and rural areas. We work with a network of trusted courier partners to give you the most reliable and affordable delivery options available.
Free shipping on orders over R1,500. All orders above R1,500 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in South Africa — no discount codes needed, applied automatically at checkout.
OUR COURIER PARTNERS
We partner with multiple couriers to ensure your order gets to you reliably, regardless of where you are in South Africa.
Our primary courier for door-to-door delivery across all 9 provinces. Strong coverage including townships and smaller towns.
Collect your order from over 4,000 pickup points nationwide including Checkers, pharmacies, and selected retailers.
Collect your order from your nearest PEP store. Extensive footprint in townships and rural areas across South Africa.
Additional courier coverage for specific routes and regions, ensuring we can reach you wherever you are.
RAM’s prepaid service used for overflow delivery and specific routes where additional coverage is needed.
The courier assigned to your order is determined automatically based on your location and the most efficient available option at the time of dispatch. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Remote areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–3 business days beyond the standard timeframe. Courier surcharges may apply for certain remote locations and will be reflected at checkout.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver to all 9 provinces in South Africa — no exceptions. Including townships, informal settlements, small towns, and rural areas.
For international deliveries to Botswana and Namibia, please shop at bw.strykerretail.com and na.strykerretail.com respectively.
ORDER PROCESSING
Before your order is dispatched, it goes through the following process:
- Payment confirmation — your order is processed only after successful payment is received. This typically takes a few minutes for card payments and up to 1 business day for EFT.
- Order processing — once payment is confirmed, your order is processed and prepared for dispatch. This takes 1–2 business days.
- Dispatch — your order is handed to the courier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Delivery — your order is delivered within 2–5 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
- You can also track your order at any time via our order tracking page.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
- If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at supportcare@strykerretail.com.
FAILED & MISSED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the following applies:
- The courier will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.
- A re-delivery attempt will be made, or the parcel may be held at a depot or pickup point for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected within the courier’s holding period, it may be returned to us. A re-delivery fee will apply to resend the order.
- Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost, or issue a refund minus the original delivery fee.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, occasionally issues arise in transit.
- Damaged on delivery — if your order arrives visibly damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at supportcare@strykerretail.com or WhatsApp 081 446 3877. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost in transit — if your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the matter.
Please do not discard packaging if you receive a damaged item — photos of the packaging and product are required to process a claim with the courier.
